The correct answer is whenever we feel hungry. Yes, we should never skip meals when we are hungry. The best practice is always to start slowly and divide our one time meal into three parts and have it slowly, whenever feeling hungry. Time: 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM
Always remember to eat breakfast properly, as it is the most important meal. Our whole day depends on what we eat. So, it is always necessary to give our brain and body the energy to perform various tasks.
Time: 12:30 PM to 2:00PM
The ideal time slot variation between breakfast and lunch should be 4hours. We should never skip lunch as it balances and maintains our hunger, and helps us to continuously perform our tasks by providing us the required strength and energy.
Time: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Dinner is also an important meal because our body continuously fast for the remaining hours while sleeping. So, it is very important to eat and digest our food properly before going to bed.
Hence, the best practice is to eat it 3 hours before going to sleep as it will give us the optimal sleep.
