Everyone wants to be healthy but skipping the meals won’t make us healthy and fit. It will make us sick and we will be depressed. If we want the outcome to be positive, we should always feel positive and try everything with a proper timetable.

We all often have a similar question, when to eat?

The correct answer is whenever we feel hungry. Yes, we should never skip meals when we are hungry. The best practice is always to start slowly and  divide our one time meal into three parts and have it slowly, whenever feeling hungry. Dividing it will help our body to digest it properly and different intervals will reduce the irritation we feel when we are hungry.

Always eat in a proper time slot and the most important part is to be hydrated by drinking water and we will see the change within ourselves. To remain positive and happy our meals play a vital role. We all have noticed that when we are hungry we feel anxious and depressed and when we eat properly we feel happy and full of energy. So, eat properly and never do fasting to lose weight as our body is not habitual to that kind of behaviour, it can lead to problems for us afterwards.

Be happy, follow the perfect time table and don’t forget to have small and healthy things like dry fruits, fruits and coffee etc. so that we won’t feel hungry and irritated.

Some healthy habits to follow:

  • Never skip meals, especially breakfast.
  • Drink water.
  • Never delay when you feel hungry because we end up eating junk food which is fatty and full of unhealthy ingredients.
  • Try to eat dinner three hours before we go to bed, so that we have enough time to digest the food and sleep properly.
  • Avoid junk food.
  • Take a proper sleep of 7-8 hours.
  • Don’t sleep after eating, always do walking after having meals, it will help to digest the food properly.

Ideal time slots to eat our three meals properly are:

Time: 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM

Always remember to eat breakfast properly, as it is the most important meal. Our whole day depends on what we eat. So, it is always necessary to give our brain and body the energy to perform various tasks.

Time: 12:30 PM to 2:00PM

The ideal time slot variation between breakfast and lunch should be 4hours. We should never skip lunch as it balances and maintains our hunger, and helps us to continuously perform our tasks by providing us the required strength and energy.

Time: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Dinner is also an important meal because our body continuously fast for the remaining hours while sleeping. So, it is very important to eat and digest our food properly before going to bed.

Hence, the best practice is to eat it 3 hours before going to sleep as it will give us the optimal sleep.

Don’t forget to eat small and healthy meals in between.

Don’t skip the food, eat the right food

Don’t starve, follow the routine and train yourself hard.
